Ladies Autumn 2011 window.
Here is another window change I helped to dress for a flagship Peacocks store. This season consists of earthy colours with a few bolder colours mixed in. Vintage inspired with a contemporary twist.

Pearl Lowe at Peacocks window.
Here is the window I dressed for a city centre Peacocks store for the launch of their Pearl Lowe collection. This collection is for Autumn 2011 and has a vintage inspired range of day to evening dresses, modelled by Pearl Lowe's Daughter Daisy Lowe.

Sixties Scene
Sixties inspired Autumn-Winter 2011-12 trend, made up of oranges, pinks, blacks, beige's, reds and browns.
Tunic dresses, thick textured winter coats worn with sophisticated court shoes or knee high boots for a sophisticated, lady like look with a retro twist.

Press pack so far.
Press pack is practically finished.. I just now need my work on a disk and some swing tags. I'm pretty much up to scratch with this module, just need my portfolio putting together and a few bits adding to my research file and I'm there :-).

Printed Accessories Window.
In one of our current windows the theme is 'printed', many of the merchandise in this window is a printed pattern. The colour palette is mainly pastel with bit of bright bold colour mixed in.
I got the chance to use to my creativity to display merchandise in an eye-catching way to make our store look that little bit different to other stores as well as complying with what the window brief says.
I usually carry out window changes independently but on this occasion I was lucky enough to arrive at work to find the boxes and back drops were already in, meaning I had more time to be creative :-)

Colonial Traveller.
As well as my degree I work part time for value high fashion retailer Peacocks. I have been given the duty of dressing the mannequin and displaying items on the table and dressing the jewellery stand just behind the mannequin. Which is positioned at front of store in order to encourage customers to look around more as research shows that most customers don't reach the back of the shop. The mannequin and table must be dressed according to the hottest current seasonal trend which for Peacocks this season is Colonial Traveller.
This trend consists of botanical, boho earthy colour palettes and washed denims. After my degree I aim to develop and gain more experience in Visual Merchandising.
